Oktoberfest in Bucktown! September 18- September 19

Fall is almost here, and what better way to kick-off the start of a new season and new school year than SMA's Oktoberfest in Bucktown Celebration! St. Mary of the Angels School and Cortland's Garage will be hosting a 2-day event, spanning both Saturday and Sunday September 18-19th.

Join us for a fun filled weekend of live music from Platform 29, The Bucktown All-Stars and Sally K's Karaoke, sample delicious beer in the Cortland's Garage Beer Garden, enjoy delicious German cuisine, and let the children play on our moonwalks! Fun for the whole family!

Join us and help make this year's Oktoberfest a great success! All funds raised go directly towards the Annual Scholarship Fund, which is utilized in school and curriculum enhancement and scholarships so that we can continue our mission of offering the best education possible to all children, regardless of financial need. At this year's event we hope to raise funds for our school dance program, through the Chicago Dance Institute. This is a fantastic program that we cannot let our students miss! Funds will also support such initiatives the continuation of our after-school cooking and dance lessons and the completion of our Language Resource Center.

Please join us for a weekend of fun and celebration. If you are unable to attend, consider making a donation to St. Mary of the Angels School. Any gift, no matter how big or small, goes a long way in keeping our doors open and our school vital as we continue our 100+ year tradition of academic excellence.
